军校学员学习风格与学习动机、成绩的关系

Correlation between learning styles and learning motivation and achievements of military university undergraduates

摘要 目的:探讨军校学员优势学习风格。方法:应用Kolb3.1版本,调查分析某军校所有在校学员的学习风格与动机、学习成绩等的关系。结果:(1)学习动机强度不同学员的学习风格类型比较有统计学意义(χ~2=14.177,P=0.028)。聚合型学员学习动机(2.14)高于吸收型和发散型(1.94、1.96);(2)成绩不同的学员学习风格类型有统计学意义(χ~2=16.983,P=0.049)。聚合型学员学习成绩(2.86)高于属于吸收型(2.60)。结论:军校学员的优势学习风格类型是聚合型;学习风格研究对于学员和教员均有促进作用。 Objective:To discuss the dominant learning styles of military undergraduate students. Methods:Using KLSI(3.1 version), we surveyed all undergraduates on campus of a military university and analyze the relationships among them. Results: ( 1 ) It showed signiilcances (X2 = 14.177, P = 0.028) between types of KLSI and intensities of learning motivation. Those with converging style had higher motivation (2.14) than those with assimilating and diverging (1.94,1.96). (2)It showed significances (X2 = 16.983, P = 0.049) between types of KLSI and achievements. Those with converging style had better achievements (2.86) than those with assimilating (2.60). Conclusion Converging style is dominant in military university undergraduates. The study on learning style is beneficial to beth the teachers and the underg- raduates.
