摘要
目的:探讨自信心团体训练对于改善大学生抑郁情绪的有效性。方法:将70例大学生抑郁情绪者随机分为实验组和控制组。实验组接受自信心团体辅导,控制组不做任何处理。分别在干预前、干预后对实验组和控制组进行自评抑郁量表(SDS)和信任问卷(TS)的评估。结果:干预后实验组和控制组SDS减分量差异显著(P<0.001),干预后实验组TS总分(P<0.05)及TS的可依靠性(P<0.05)和信赖(P<0.01)维度差值显著高于控制组。结论:自信心团体训练可以改善大学生抑郁情绪,增加信任。
Objective:To explore the effects of self-confidence group training for college students with depression. Methods: 70 students were recruited for this study and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received self-confi- dence training and the control group did not receive any tminingl The Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Trust Scale (TS) were used for assessment before and after the training. Results: There were significant differences of SDS scores ( P 〈 0.001) before and after the training be- tween the experimental group and the control group. After the training TS total scores ( P 〈 0.05) dependability factor scores ( P 〈 0.05) and faith factor scores ( P 〈 0.01) were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion: Self-confidence training relieves depression and enhance trust of college students.
