摘要
目的:了解医学生考研行为意向及影响因素。方法:自编"医学生考研行为意向及影响因素调查问卷",对安徽省某高校589名五年级医学生进行问卷调查。结果:576名医学生考研行为意向的总均分为(33.54±4.82)分,且不同英语水平、获奖学金次数、所学专业的学生考研行为意向评分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医学生考研行为意向的主要影响因素包括英语水平、考研态度和考研动机。结论:教育者应积极引导医学生树立正确的考研态度和考研动机,理性对待考研。
Objective: to find out medical students' intention to apply for postgraduate training and the factors influencing the intention. Methods 589 medical students in five year programs in Anhui Province answered questionnaires. Results The average score of their intention is( 33. 54 ± 4. 82). The intentions of those with different English proficiencies,number of times of being awarded scholarships,and majors were significantly different( P〈0. 05). The main factors include English proficiency,attitudes towards postgraduate education,and motivations. Conclusion Educators should actively guide medical students to establish correct attitude and motivation.
