医学生自主学习能力影响因素的通径分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:了解医学生自主学习能力的影响因素,以及其的直接效应和间接效应,为提高医学生自主学习能力提供科学依据。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,用医学生自主学习能力测评量表(MSALAAS)和一般自我效能量表,对3426名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:通径分析结果显示,所有因素均直接作用于自主学习能力其中自我效能感(GSES)直接效应最强,其效应值为0.371。同学关系、母亲文化程度、性别、家庭关系不仅有直接作用还通过GSES间接作用于自主学习能力,其间接效应值分别为-0.062、0.042、-0.031、-0.016。在总效应中,自我效能感最强其效应值为0.371。结论:医学生自主学习能力的影响因素是多方面的,应采取综合措施。 Objective: To study the factors affecting medical students' independent learning ability and its direct effects as well as indirect effects,to provide the scientific basis for improving medical students' independent learning ability. Method: Using GSES and GSES questionnaire to survey 3426 medical students by Cross sectional survey. Results? According to the results of path analysis,all factors had a direct impact on the independent learning ability. Of all factors,the direct effect of self-efficacy( GSES) was the strongest with the effect value of 0. 371. Relationship between classmates,mother's education level,gender,and family relationship not only had a direct effect on the independent learning ability but also indirectly act on it through the GSES,with the effect value of-0. 062,0. 042,-0. 031,and-0. 016 respectively. In the gross effect,the effect of self-efficacy is the strongest,with the effect value of 0. 371. Conclusion: The factors affecting medical students' independent learning ability were various. Thus comprehensive easures should be taken so as to promote the improvement of independent learning ability.
