摘要对广东高校药学专业2008届-2013届毕业研究生就业去向调查表明,不同生源地学生在就业区域选择上存在一定差异,广东生源毕业生在就业行为选择上明显具有生源地特性;选择就业方向上与药学相关性更大。 The study surveyed those pharmacy graduates graduated from 2008 to 2013 and found students from different regions made different choices in the regions they find employment. The students from Guangdong tended to seek employment in Guangdong and they also were more prone to choose employment relevant with their major.
