摘要 调速系统是抽水蓄能机组的关键控制设备,其运行可靠性直接制约机组的动态反应速度和综合性能,影响电网的安全稳定。为提升调速系统的运行可靠性,进而保障抽水蓄能机组的安全稳定运行,根据现场维护经验及相关资料,建立了可较好反映调速系统性能状态的评估指标体系,并基于模糊层次分析法综合评估了调速系统的运行状态,最后将该方法用于某抽蓄机组调速系统的综合性能评估,取得了满意的应用效果,验证了该方法的可行性。 Governing system is the key controlling device of pumped storage unit,and its reliability would directly limit the dynamic response speed and comprehensive performance of the unit,which affects the safety and stability of the power system.In order to improve the operational reliability of the governing system and guarantee the steady operation of the pumped storage unit,this paper establishes the evaluation index system which can preferably reflect the performance state of governing system according to the operating experience and professional literatures.Then,the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process is applied to assess the comprehensive performance of governing system.Finally,the effectiveness of the assessment model is verified by a case study.
