摘要
对采用不锈钢波纹管作为传热元件的半容积式热交换器,进行了样机的热工测试试验并将其结果与热交换器计算软件(HTRI)的计算结果比较,讨论了该类设备的传热计算方法。在实际大流量的工况下,设计了半容积热交换器重叠换热管束,该设计减小了换热面积,优化了设备的传热性能。实际运行效果表明,其传热系数达1 600 W/(m^2·K)。
A thermal performance test is conducted on a prototype of half storage type heat exchangers which use stainless steel bellows as heat transfer element, and compared the tested results with the calculated results by HTRI software, then discussed the heat transfer calculation method of this kind of equipment. Under the operating condition of large flow, the overlapped tube bundles for half storage type heat exchanger are designed, which can reduce the heat exchange area and optimize the heat exchange performance of the equipment. And the final operating effect shows that, with this design, the heat transfer coefficient can reach to 1 600 W/(m^2 · K).
