质量控制在继续医学教育项目管理中的应用探讨

Exploration on the application of the quality control in continuing medical education

随着我国医药卫生事业的不断发展和卫生专业技术人员队伍的不断扩大,继续医学教育成为提升医学教育质量、促进医务人员自身素质和能力发展的重要形式。开展继续医学教育项目是目前卫生专业技术人员接受继续医学教育的主要手段。继续医学教育项目的管理是保障继续医学教育效果、提升继续医学教育质量的重点和核心。基于此,文章结合有关资料和实践经验,提出一套继续医学教育项目质量控制的体系。

With the continuous development of medical health service in our country and the increase of the health professionals and technical personnel, continuing medical education has become an important form of improving the quality of medical education and promoting the development of quality and ability of the medical staff. Carrying out continuing medical education projects is the major means for health professionasl and technical personnel to accept continuing medical education. The management of continuing medical education projects is the the keypoint and core of guaranteeing the effect and improving the quality of continuing medical education. Based on this point, this paper,combining the relevant data with practical experience, puts forward a set of continuing medical education projects quality control system.
