塔里木大学区域性工程训练中心建设模式探讨

Discussion on the construction mode of regional engineering training center of Tarim University

塔里木大学是新疆南疆地区,也是新疆建设兵团在南疆地区的唯一的综合性大学,承担新疆地区和新疆建设兵团培养应用型、综合型、创新型人才的重担,建设一所区域性综合性工程训练中心非常必要和迫切。文章为建设区域性、综合性工程训练中心从工程训练中心实训项目、基础设施建设、师资队伍建设、实训设备建设、运行管理模式等方面进行建设模式探讨。

Tarim university, as the only comprehensive university in southern Xinjiang region, and of the Xinjiang Construction Corps in southern Xinjiang region, takes the responsibility of training applied, comprehensive and innovative talents for Xinjiang region and Xinjiang Construction Corps. Therefore, to build a regional comprehensive engineering training center is very necessary and urgent. This paper discusses the construction mode from the perspective of the engineering training center training projects, infrastructure construction, teaching staff construction,practical equipment construction, and operation management mode, etc. for the construction of regional and comprehensive engineering training center.
