摘要 目的:探究美塑树脂嵌体或CAD/CAM制作的E-MAX瓷嵌体自粘接修复后边缘密合性。方法:据美国公众健康服务标准,在治疗后即刻、6个月、1年时,检测美塑树脂嵌体与CAD/CAM制作的EMAX瓷嵌体自粘结后临床修复效果。结果及结论:在1年的观察时限里,美塑树脂嵌体或E-MAX瓷嵌体均表现出较好的美学、机械性能及边缘密合性,患者表示满意。 Purpose: To explore the marginal sealing effect of E-MAX ceramic inlay made of resin inlay or CAD /CAM after self-adhesive resin bonding. Methods: According to United States public health service standard, the clinical effects of E-MAX porcelain inlay made of resin inlay and CAD/CAM by self-adhesive resin bonding should be detected immediately, 6 months, 1 year after treatment. Results and Conclusions: Resin inlay and E-MAX porcelain inlay show good aesthetics, mechanical and marginal sealing effect in 1 year, and thus patients are satisfied.
