摘要
艺术类大学生就业能力是艺术类院校生存的重要因素之一,是衡量艺术类人才综合能力的重要指标。校企合作定制式人才培养模式是艺术类高校培养适应时代发展、供需匹配艺术类人才的有效路径。艺术类高校应通过深化校企合作、不断探索校企之间新型合作教育模式,有效促进艺术类大学生就业力的提升。
The employability of arts college students is one of the important factors of art college existence, and is an important index in measuring the comprehensive ability of arts talents. The customized talent training mode of university-enterprise cooperation is the effective path for the arts college to train art talents who can adapt to the time pace and match the demand. Art colleges and universities should promote the employability of arts college students effectively through deepening the cooperation between colleges enterprises and constantly exploring new cooperation model.
