摘要
通过两个数据分析的实际案例,探讨了从数字中寻找问题改进机会的管理思路。解决了人手少,管理范围大,以及凭经验盲目发号施令的被动局面。使管理目标更加明确,有的放矢,针对性更强,提高了管理的效果与科学性。阐述了国际上特别是美国的观点及对数据的认识与当前国家的政策要求,为医院从经验管理走向科学管理提供了新思路。
Through data analysis of two practical cases, the paper discussed the management idea of finding problems from data for improvement on work, which solved the passive situation of less manpower, big management scope, and issuing orders blindly based on experience. It made the management work with specific goals, targeted objectives, and improving the management effect and scientificity. The international especially American point of view, understanding of data, and the requirements of the current national policy were combined. It provided a new way and method to make the hospital from experience management to scientific management.
