摘要
根据学习论的基本原理,从加涅的学习结果分类出发,引入学习心理学的科学理论,组织符合各类学习条件的学习活动,设计各类学习结果的有效教学过程,并进行相应的评价改革,就能够解决目前有效教学研究中存在的相关问题,促进有效教学和新课改课堂教学研究迈上新的台阶。
In light of the basic principles of learning theories, teachers should start with Gagne' s learning outcome classification, introduce learning psychology, organize various learning activities according to different learning conditions, design distinctly effective learning process, and launch corresponding assessment innovation, so that they can tackle some existing problems with research on effective instruction and further promote studies on effective teaching and new curriculum classroom teaching to higher levels.
