摘要
现代媒体日新月异,传播技术快速发展,现代传媒环境呈现的首先是教育信息的大数据化、多样性及快速变化,其次是传媒技术的变化所带来的学习环境的改变,再者学习环境的变化必然带来学习方式、方法、路径、时间、空间发生变化。创设一个"人人皆学、处处能学、时时可学"的继续教育新环境,选择适宜的学习模式,从而使每一个幼儿教师在自身和专业都有所发展,以提高幼儿教育的整体水平。
Ever-changing modern media is characterized with big data of educational information, varieties and speedy change in learning environment, which inevitably causes the change of learning styles, methods, approaches, time and space. We should create such environment in which every one learns anywhere and anytime, and select proper learning modes, so that every child teacher can develop themselves and professions, thus promoting the whole level of children education further.
