Public Cultural Service Network Governance: Subject, Dynamic Factors and Analysis Model

基于网络治理视角,对公共文化服务中政府、企业、社会组织和公民的主体角色及其动力因素进行分析。引入演化博弈理论,提出构建公共文化服务网络治理分析模型的方法和过程,以识别影响多元主体合作的主要因素,进而采取针对性治理措施促进合作、规避风险。

This article analyzes the role and dynamic factors of government, enterprises, social organizations and citizens in public cultural services from the perspective of network governance, and then introduces the evolutionary game theory, puts forward the method and process of constructing public cultural service network governance analysis model so as to identify the main factors af- fecting the cooperation of multiple subjects and then promote cooperation and avoid risks.
