摘要
用描述和定量研究设计确定人口统计和就业因素是否对知识管理活动产生影响。结果发现,知识管理活动不会受到人口统计因素的影响。但是,它会受到就业因素的影响。该研究必将启发图书馆相关管理人员,使其在知识管理中获得成功,并采取必要措施实现组织效能。
The descriptive and quantitative research method was used to investigate the importance of the respondents' related fac- tors on knowledge management activities. The results showed that knowledge management activities would not be influenced by the respondents' population, but it was impacted by the factors of employment. The research will certainly inspire library-related man- agement personnel, who can succeed in knowledge management, and take the necessary steps to actualize organizational effective- hess.
