The descriptive and quantitative research method was used to investigate the importance of the respondents＇ related fac- tors on knowledge management activities. The results showed that knowledge management activities would not be influenced by the respondents＇ population, but it was impacted by the factors of employment. The research will certainly inspire library-related man- agement personnel, who can succeed in knowledge management, and take the necessary steps to actualize organizational effective- hess.
