摘要
选用不同厚度的纺黏非织造布、熔喷非织造布以及SMS复合非织造布作为实验材料,测试了轻薄型纺黏非织造布材料等的性能,通过对这些材料的织物内纤维排列、厚度、面密度、拉伸断裂强力、撕破强力、顶破强力、耐摩擦性等指标的测试与分析,发现大部分性能都与织物的面密度和厚度有一定的关系,而且同等条件下,熔喷非织造布、轻薄型纺黏非织造布和SMS等都各自具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在纺织工业上有广泛的应用。
The spunbonded nonwoven fabric with different thickness, the melt blown nonwoveu fabric and SMS com- pound nonwoven fabric was taken as experimental materials. The performance of light spunbonded nonwoven fabric materials was tested. According to the testing and analysis of morphological structure, fabric thickness, area densi- ty, breaking strength, bursting strength and frictional resistance etc,it was found that there are certain relationships between the performances and fabric area density and thickness. At the same time, the melt blown nonwovens, the light spunbonded nonwoven fabric and the SMS compound nonwoven fabric have unique properties. It is suitable for development the various functional products in the textile industry on a wide range of applications.
