摘要
精对苯二甲酸装置氧化单元第三结晶器冷凝器BE203换热管腐蚀泄漏,导致精制单元产品品质出现长时间大幅波动,装置被迫长期低负荷运行。通过分析BE203的腐蚀,提出了工艺操作中氧化单元溴离子浓度的升高、设计时循环水出口管路低于上管板、上管板密封结构设计不合理、换热管管接头在焊接过程中的敏化等原因造成了设备的腐蚀。
The corrosion leakage of heat exchange tubes of third crystallizer condenser BE203 m the oxidation unit ol PTA plant lead to the product quality of refined unit appears long period large fluctuation, the plant was forced to run for a long time at low load. Through analyzing the corrosion of BE203, it is proposed that the bromide ion con- centration increasing in the oxidation unit in process operation, the design of the circulating water outlet pipe lower than the upper tube plate ,the upper tube plate seal structure design unreasonable ,the heat exchange pipe joint sen- sitization in welding process which caused the corrosion of the equipments.
