升流式氧脱木素塔旋转式卸料器结构设计与性能研究

摘要 设计并搭建了升流式氧脱木素塔旋转式卸料器试验系统,对试验系统的流场进行计算机流体动力学(CFD)模拟与仿真,以中浓蔗渣浆作为流动介质,染色纤维作为示踪粒子进行了流场试验,探讨了旋转式卸料器对浆塔内中浓纸浆流动性的影响。结果表明:在卸料器作用下,塔壁附近纸浆轴向速度明显较大,纸浆悬浮液的流动性更强,更容易向出料口运动,停滞在塔壁的纤维较少,塔内纸浆均匀上升。 The testing system for the properties of discharger in up-flow oxygen bleaching tower was designed and built. CFD simulation related to the testing system was conducted. Experiments with medium consistency bagasse pulp as fluid and dyed pulp as tracing particles were conducted. The discharging effect on the flow trend in the tower was evaluated, The results showed that under the conditions of discharger, the pulp has good flow characteristic with high axial velocity and less pulp left on the tower wall, with uniformly rising and easy pouring.
