Technologies on the papermaking of hand cigarette paper

手卷烟纸纸张特性是灰分低、定量低,甚至无灰分透明,纸机实际抄造十分困难,且工艺较为复杂。其浆料的处理有别于目前普遍采用的盘磨打浆工艺,对脱水与干燥工艺要求更是极其苛刻。经过长期研究和生产实践,摸索出不同手卷烟纸的不同生产工艺。

Hand cigarette paper, with the characteristics of low ash content, low basis weight, even appearing transparent due to containing no ash, is very difficult to make in actual paper machines, and the papermaking process is also complicated. The beating treatment is also different from the common grinding process at present, the requirement to the dehydration and drying process is extremely harsh. After a long period of research and practice, the technologies of different production processes for different hand cigarette paper were found out.
