摘要
介绍了加絮凝剂重力法澄清器工艺、盒式过滤机处理工艺、多圆盘压力过滤机处理工艺,并对比三种不同的工艺处理碱回收绿液,根据不同的生产模式提出工艺的优化选择,以获得高度澄清的绿液。经过对比,絮凝剂重力法澄清器工艺是高性价比、适合国情的工艺。
The three different kinds of treating technology for green liquor were compared by introducing clarifier, cassette filter and pressure disc green liquor filter. Based on the practical production mode, the optimum process was proposed to obtain green liquor highly clarified. The comparison showed that gravity clarifier process with flocculation agents has a high ratio of performance to price, is more suitable for China market.
