摘要
基于随机激光的时域理论,研究了纳米孔隙二维随机介质中的光波局域化行为,着重讨论了样品的表面填充率和孔隙尺寸对光波局域化程度的影响.结果表明,增大样品的表面填充率以及减小孔隙的尺寸都有利于光波局域化的形成.数值模拟结果为基于纳米孔隙有机薄膜的随机激光介质的制备工艺提供了理论依据.
The lightwave localization of two-dimensional nanoporous random media is theoretically investigated by using the time-dependent random laser theory. The emission properties of the random laser are traced with the surface-filling fraction and pore size. Results show that the lightwave localization is easy to form with increasing the surface-filling fraction or reducing the pore size. The simulation results can offer more guidance for the preparation of random laser medium based on nanoporous polymeric film.
