韶关市体育社团实体化转型发展研究

Research on the Transformation and Development of the Mass Organizations in Shaoguan

对韶关市体育社团组织进行了深入地调查,结果显示:韶关市体育社团实体化经过多年的发展,已经取得一定成绩,绝大部分社团组织在经济方面基本已经可以"自给自足",并在全民健身运动中起到不可或缺作用.但与经济发达地区相比仍有一定差距,主要体现在:社团组织成员观念跟不上时代发展,需要转变思想观念.场所、体育设施等还满足不了群众日益增长的健身需求,社会体育人才匮乏等方面.针对其发展中存在的问题,提出了转变思想观念、优化管理模式和强化体育人才队伍建设等建议.

With the investigation in deep sports about the sports mass organizations in Shaoguan City, the results show that sports mass organizations in Shaoguan has made certain achievements after years of development, and most of the organizations are financially self-sufficient, and the national fitness campaign has played an indispensable role. But there is still a certain gap between the organizations of the developed areas and Shaoguan City, which are mainly reflected in that the concept of organization members cannot keep up with the development of the times, thus there is the need to change the concept of thinking. Places, sports facilities, and social sports talent shortage cannot meet the growing needs of the mass fitness. To solve the problems existing in the development, it puts forward some suggestions to change the idea, optimize the management mode and strengthen the construction of sports talents team.
