The material report management is closely related to the orderly and healthy development of enterprises. First of all, this paper analyzes the current management status of material report in the logistics industry. Simultaneously, it discusses the highlighted problems existing in the material report management and their causes. Finally, in order to improve the efficiency of the material report management, some proposals are put forward, including the standardization of the material report data statistical work and procedures, the introduction and training of high-quality management personnel and severe cracking down on fraud corporate and personnel.
