网络教育资源的质量管理体系的探究

从高校教学资源开发和共享平台建设、管理工作现状调查分析入手,结合网络教学平台管理与实施质量管理体系的实际经验,将质量管理体系引入高校网络教学资源与开放课程的建设和管理中,将各种网络教育资源进行统一的平台管理,依据管理学原理,构建网络教育资源建设规划体系、过程管理体系、资源质量评价体系等子系统,使教学资源的合理配置与使用,提高教学质量,实现人才培养的目的.

In view of the development of colleges and universities teaching resources, the construction of sharing plattorm and the investigation analysis of management status,combining the management of network leaching platform and the implementalion of quality management system of practical experience, the firsl aim of this paper is to inh＇oduee qualily management system into the eonstnwlion and management of network leaching resources in colleges and universities and open courses, and unify the open eourses and resource database of network eduealion resources in managemenl platform. Furthermore, according to the principles of management, Ihe second goal is to establish snbsyslems including network eduealion resources construction planning syslem, process nmnagement svslem, and resourees and quality evaluation system. The final purpose is to achieve the goal of the personal training by the rational use of alloealion and utilization of teaching resources and the improvement of the teaching quality.
