摘要
本文选取2012—2014年中小板的170家上市公司为研究样本,探讨并分析CEO权力、CEO任期对企业绩效的影响。研究发现:CEO专家权力、声誉权力和所有权权力分别与企业绩效显著正相关;CEO任期与企业绩效显著正相关;同时,CEO任期对CEO专家权力、声誉权力与企业绩效的正向关系中,分别具有显著的正、负向调节作用。
Using the data of 170 listed companies in small plates from 2012 to 2014, this thesis discusses and analyzes the effect of CEO authority and CEO tenure to enterprise performance. The results suggest that CEO authority, reputation power and ownership power are positively related to enterprise performance; CEO tenure is positively related to enterprise performance; moreover, the moderating effects of CEO tenure will be related with CEO authority, reputation power and enterprise performance in both positive and negative directions accordingly.
