摘要
建立一种电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定水中12种元素的方法,用2%HNO_3配制铝、汞、硒、锶、锡、钡、铊、铅、镁、锌、砷、铋浓度为0μg/L、40.0μg/L、80.0μg/L、120μg/L、160μg/L、200μg/L的标准系列,以^(45)Sc、^(74)Ge、^(115)In、^(185)Re、^(89)Y作在线内标,调节仪器测定参数,测定了水中的12种金属元素.结果表明ICP-MS法测定的12种元素的线性相关系数均>0.999 6,6次样品测定值的RSD不大于2.1%,加标回收率在87.4%~104%.
The 12 metal elements in water are determined by establishing an ICP-MS method for the 12- element determina- tion in water, preparing the serial mixed standard solutions with 2%HNO3. that is the concentrations of Al, Hg, Se, Sr, Sn, Ba, Tl,Pb, Mg, Zn, As, Bi were 0.0, 40.0, 80.0, 120, 160, 200 μg/L. 5Sc, 74Ge,115In,185Re, 89Y are used as on- line internal standard references and the instrument' s parameters are adjusted properly. Results show that the linear correl- ative coefficients for the 12 elements are higher than 0. 999 6, the RSD of samples is within 2. 1%(n =6) , and the recov- eries for the spiked samples are between 87.4%and 104%.
