摘要
韶钢MLX型门式螺旋卸车机在卸局车精煤时,经常发生提升机构与螺旋体传动机构的零部件断裂、出槽等机械故障.通过考察与探讨,决定将门式螺旋卸车机的提升机构由曲线方式改为垂直提升方式,螺旋体传动机构改为装在封闭的"T"箱梁内,不直接接触煤层.技术改造后效果明显,大幅减少了门式螺旋卸车机的故障次数,提升了局车精煤卸车效率,降低了操作工的劳动强度.
When MLX gantry type screw unloading car unloaded coal, mechanical parts on lifting screw mechanism often broke, and the transmission mechanism faults occurred frequently. Through investigation and research, it is decided to change the lift mechanism of type screw unloader into the vertical lifting, the transmission mechanism of the spiral body into box girders with "T" enclosure, which will not contact with the coal layer directly. After the technological modification, the effect is obvious, the failures of the type screw unloader are reduced significantly, the efficiency of unloading is enhanced, and the operators' labor intensity is reduced.
