临床中药师的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Clinical Pharmacists

目的分析临床中药师发展现状并提出对策。方法运用SWOT分析方法从"优势、劣势、机会、威胁"四个方面分析了临床中药师的发展现状。结果临床中药师在保障临床用药质量、进行中药的不良反应监测和提供合理经济的给药方案、以及患者用药教育等方面具有重要作用和现实意义,但是目前存在临床中药师发展起点较低、专业素质普遍较低、增加医院经济压力、相关法律法规不健全等问题。结论医院应重视临床中药师职能和地位、增加对临床中药师培养投入以及营造和谐的工作环境,国家完善相应的法律法规等以促进临床中药师的发展。

Objective To analyze the development status of clinical pharmacists and propose countermeasures. Methods Four aspects of the development of clinical pharmacists were analyzed by using the SWOT method. Results Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the guarantee of clinical drug quality, adverse drug reaction monitoring and providing reasonable medicine plan, as well as patient education. However, the current development of clinical pharmacists has many problems. For example, it starts relatively late and professional quality is generally low. In addition, it may increase the economic pressure of hospital, and the relevant laws and regulations are not sound. Conclusion Hospitals should pay more attention to the function and status of the clinical pharmacists, increase the investment in the training of clinical pharmacists and create a harmonious working environment; our government takes measures to improve the relevant laws and regulations in order to promote the development of clinical pharmacists.
