循证护理在外科门诊患者PICC导管维护过程中的应用效果

Effects of evidence-based nursing on the maintenance of PICC among patients of surgical clinic

目的探讨循证护理在外科门诊患者PICC导管维护过程中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6～12月外科门诊留置PICC的患者285例为对照组,给予常规PICC导管维护;选取2015年1～6月外科门诊留置PICC的患者260例为观察组,实施循证护理。比较2组患者导管留置时间、PICC导管相关并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组患者PICC导管留置时间长于对照组（t=5.338,P=0.000）,PICC导管相关并发症的发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组。结论采用循证护理模式可提升外科门诊的PICC导管维护质量,降低导管相关并发症发生率,延长PICC导管留置时间,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on the maintenance of PICC among patients of the surgical clinic.Methods A total of 285 outpatients with PICC between June and December 2014 were selected into a control group,receiving routine nursing,while another260 counterparts between January and June 2015 were selected into an observation group,given evidence-based nursing for PICC maintenance.Then the complications,indwelling time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The indwelling time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group（t=5.338,P=0.000）.The incidence of complications of the former group was significanlty lower than that of the control group.The total nursing satisfaction of patients of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the quality of PICC maintenance in surgical clinic,reduce the incidence of catheter related complications,lengthen the time of PICC catheter placement,and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
