对精神分裂症患者实施健康教育路径的体会

The implementation of health education path in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨健康教育路径对精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法对入组的100例精神分裂症患者按入院时间分为对照组和实验组各50例。对照组实施传统的健康宣教,实验组按照健康教育路径对患者实施健康教育。比较2组患者日常生活能力、健康教育知识知晓率、对护理工作的满意度、住院时间和住院费用。结果实验组日常生活能力评分低于对照组,健康教育知识知晓率和对护理工作满意度高于对照组,住院时间和住院费用低于对照组。结论对精神分裂症患者实施健康教育路径,能够提高患者的康复效果、健康教育知识知晓率和对护理工作的满意度,缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用。

Objective To explore the effect of implementing health education path for patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Method One hundred hospitalized patients with first-episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 50.The control group was given traditional health education,while the experimental group was provided with health education according to the health education path.Then both groups were compared with activity of daily living（ADL）,health education knowledge awareness,satisfaction of nursing work,hospital stay and medical expense.Results The score of ADL,hospital stay and medical expense of the experimented were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the rate of health education knowledge awareness and satisfaction to nursing work of the former were significantly higher than the latter.Conclusion The implementation of health education path in patients with first-episode schizophrenia,can improve the health education knowledge awareness and satisfaction of nursing work of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,and reduce the medical expense.
