摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在护理文书质量管理中的作用。方法在护理文书质量管理中实施PDCA循环,将2014年1～6月实施PDCA循环的病历与2013年7～12月未实施PDCA循环的病历进行病历质量及护理记录主要缺陷比较分析。结果应用PDCA循环后病历质量明显提高,护理记录主要缺陷发生率明显降低。结论 PDCA循环法可促进护理文书质量持续改进,是提高护理文书质量有效地管理方法。
Objective To investigate the role of PDCA in the quality management of nursing documents.Methods The PDCA cycle was implemented in the quality management of nursing documents from January to June 2014.Then the medical records of this period,and those in the earlier half year without the implementation of PDCA were compared in their quality and defects.Results After the application of PDCA cycle,the quality of medical records improved significantly,with significant less major defects than before.Conclusions PDCA circulation method can improve the quality of nursing documents continuously.It is an effective method to improve the quality of nursing documents.
