With the rapid development and the extensive applications of computer network, it has brought tremendous impetus and influences on science and technology, economic development and cultural activities. At the same time, the issues of computer network security have become more complex and serious. This paper analyzes the current situations of computer network security and the causes and ways of security threats, and analyzes and discusses the problems of com- puter network security and preventive measures.
