本文详细阐述了沈阳某航空发动机企业在推进装配信息化建设中的思路与经验,分析了装配信息化建设的现状、存在的管理问题及在突破装配信息化建设的难点、打破信息孤岛,构建发动机设计、制造一体化管理模式,实现发动机研制全寿命周期管理所开展的实践活动。

This paper expounds the aircraft engine enterprise ideas and experience in construcling the assembly information, analyzed the management problems of the current situation of information construction, assembly and the conslruetion of informatization of breakthrough assembly difficulty, break the information island, build the engine design, manufacturing integration management mode, implement engine development of whole life cycle management practice.
