凉山州基础教育现状分析与发展对策探究

On the Present Condition of Basic Education in Liangshan Prefecture and the Development Tactics

通过访谈、调查及查阅相关文献资料,凉山州基础教育取得了历史性跨越发展,但受历史、地理、自然、经济等多方面因素的影响和制约,发展基础教育的积极性、社会认知度、学校办学条件达标率、教育资源利用率不高,教育教学质量也有待进一步提高等主要问题,制约着凉山州基础教育的发展。针对些问题,提出了推进凉山州基础教育持续健康发展的对策及建议。

The basic education in Liangshan Prefecture has reached historic achievements with evidence of interview, investigation and literatures. While, there exists many problems that restrict the development of the basic education in Liangshan Prefecture due to various factors such as history, geography, nature, economy and so on. The motivation to develop basic education and social cognition is low, educational resources are underutilized and the education quality needs to be improved. The author put forward some development tactics aiming at these problems, hoping to better promotion the basic education.
