氧化苦参碱联合拉米夫定对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平的影响

Effect of matrine oxide combined with lamivudine on IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 in patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨氧化苦参碱联合拉米夫定对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平的影响。方法 选择2014年1月-2015年6月在我院治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者60例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中30例患者采用拉米夫定治疗为对照组,另外30例患者在此基础上给予氧化苦参碱治疗为研究组。比较两组的临床疗效、血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平。结果 研究组HBV应答率、HBV-DNA转阴率、HBe Ag转阴率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,HBV-YMDD变异率显著低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后,IL-2水平较治疗前显著升高,IL-4、IL-10水平较治疗前显著下降,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗后,研究组患者IL-2水平显著高于对照组,IL-4、IL-10水平显著低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 联合氧化苦参碱及拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎能够显著改善临床疗效,改善患者血清炎性因子水平。

Objective To discuss the effect of Matrine oxide combined with Lamivudine on IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 for Chronic hepatitis B. Methods Clinical data of 60 cases with Chronic hepatitis B from Jan 2014 to Jun 2015 were re- spectively analyzed. 30 cases of control group weretreated with Lamivudine, and 30 cases of study group were treated- with Matrine oxide combined with Lamivudine. Clinical efficacy, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-IO levels of two groups were com- pared. Results The HBV response rate, HBV-DNA negative rate and HBeAg negative conversion rate of study group were higher than that in the control group, and HBV-YMDD mutation rate was lower than that in the control group （P〈 0.05 or 〈0.01）. Total effective rate of study group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, IL-2 levels of two groups were higher than before treatment, and IL-4 and IL-10 levels of two groups were lower than before treatment （P〈0.01）. After treatment, IL-2 level of study group was higher than thai in the control group, and IL--4 and IL-10 levels of study group were lower than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Matrine oxide combined with Lamivudine for Chronic hepatitis B can improve clinical efficacy, and the level of serum inflammatory factors.
