曼月乐联合达英-35治疗无排卵性异常子宫出血的临床研究

Clinical study of mirena combined with diane-35 in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding

目的探讨曼月乐联合达英-35治疗无排卵性异常子宫出血的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2013年6月-2015年1月收治的60例患者作为研究对象。按照入院顺序随机均分为实验组和对照组。实验组：患者宫内放置曼月乐,放置后口服达英-35;对照组：患者予曼月乐治疗。观察两组患者疗效、控制出血时间、完全止血时间、治疗前后Hb（血红蛋白）、E2（雌二醇）、FSH（促卵泡性腺激素）水平、副反应发生情况。结果 实验组治疗总有效率（96.67%）高于对照组（66.67%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组控制出血时间、完全止血时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后Hb水平高于治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）;两组患者副反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 曼月乐联合达英-35治疗无排卵性异常子宫出血效果较好,患者控制出血时间、完全止血时间短,Hb水平恢复较好,无明显不良反应,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of mirena combined with diane-35 in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods 60 patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to January 2015 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly assigned to-the experiment group and the control group according to the order of admission. The experiment group： mirena was placed in the uterine, and the patients were orally given diane-35 after placement. The control group： the patients were given mirena. Curative effects, control of bleeding time, time of complete hemostasis, Hb （hemoglobin） before and after the treatment, E2 （estradiol） level, FSH level and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experiment group was 96.67%, higher than that of 66.67% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The time of bleeding control and time of complete hemostasis in the experiment group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Hb level after the treatment in the experiment group was higher than that before the treatment and higher than that in the control group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant（P〈0.05）; the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, and the differences were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Mirena combined with diane-35 in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding has fayorable effects. The time of bleeding control and time of cgmplete hemostasis are lower in the patients, Hb level is well recovered, and no significant adverse reactions are detected. The clinical application value is relatively high.
