复方血栓通胶囊用于非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

Efficacy of compound Xueshuantong capsules in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy

目的 探讨复方血栓通胶囊用于非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变（NPDR）患者的临床疗效。方法 选择2015年2月-2016年2月期间收治的96例NPDR患者资料,分为观察组与对照组,对照组予常规降糖治疗,观察组在常规降糖治疗的基础上予复方血栓通胶囊治疗。观察两组患者视网膜微循环及视力改善情况。结果 观察组治疗后患者视力改善情况优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后患者CRA和CRV血液动力学参数优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 复方血栓通胶囊可改善NPDR患者视网膜血流动力学指标,提高视力。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of compound Xueshuantong capsules for non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients （NPDR）. Methods A total of 96 NPDR patients treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group from February 2015 to February 2016. The control group was treated with the conventional therapy On the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsules. Retina microcirculation and vision improvement were observed between the two groups. Results The observation group was better than the control group in the improvement of vision after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of hemadynamical parameters CRA and CRV after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The compound Xueshuantong capsules can im- prove hemadynamical parameters of retina for NPDR patients and improre their vision.
