摘要 目的 研究分析应用生物聚酯人工韧带、可吸收螺钉重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节全脱位或锁骨外端骨折的疗效及其使用方法。方法 应用两种不同的手术方式治疗肩锁关节全脱位或锁骨外端骨折 16例 ,其中生物聚酯人工韧带修复 11例 ,可吸收螺钉内固定 5例。结果  16例全部获得随访 ,随访时间 6个月~ 3年 4个月 ,平均 1年 7个月 ,疗效优 12例 ,良 4例 ,无差者。结论 此方法具有良好的临床应用价值 ,无人体不良反应 ,免除患者二次痛苦 。 Objective To study the effect of total acromino-clavicular joint dislocation or exo-clavicular fracture fixed by biodegradable ligaments fixation or by absorbable screws fixation.Methods Eleven cases of total acromino-clavicular joint dislocation and exo-clavicular fracture were treated by biodegradable ligaments and 5 cases by absorbable screws fixation.All patients were acute dislocation or fracture.Results All patients were followed up.The follow-up time was 19 (6~40) months.The results were evaluated by radiography and recovery of shoulder joint function according to Lazcano standards.Twelve patients regained good clinical result,4 fair and 0 poor.Conclusion Biodegradable ligaments fixation is believed to be a good method for the treatment of acromino-clavicular joint dislocation or exo-clavicular fracture without needing a second operation for removal of implants.
