民族性与世界性的交融——建设中国特色世界通史编纂学的几点思考

Blending of Nationality and Globality:Reflection on Compilation of World History with Chinese Characteristics

中国学界对世界通史编纂缺乏深入、系统的总结和反省,这已经成为制约世界历史学发展的重要因素之一。当前中国历史学发展的一个重要趋势,是使民族性和世界性在更高层次上实现互动和结合,即在民族性中反映出世界性的走向,在世界性中体现出民族性的特点。作为中国历史学与世界历史学的交叉学科,中国特色世界通史编纂学无疑是能够更好地反映中国史学的民族性和世界性内涵的最佳结合点。建设中国特色世界通史编纂学是中国史学界构建反映时代特色和民族内涵的世界历史研究话语体系的重要举措,代表了中国学术既立足建设中国人的精神家园,又观照人类未来前途与命运的深沉文化追求。

The Chinese academic circle failed to give profound and systemic summary and reflection about the compilation of world history. This has become an important factor restricting the development. An important trend in the current development of Chinese historiography is a higher level of interaction and integration of nationality and globality, that is, the worldwide trend reflected in nationality; national characteristics reflected in globality. As an interdisciplinary of Chinese history and world history, the compilation of world history with Chinese characteristics may undoubtedly reflect better the best combination of nationality and globality of Chinese historiography. To establish world history compilation with Chinese characteristics is an important measure for the Chinese history circle to build the discourse system of world history studies with characteristics of the times and national connotation. It is representa- tive of a deep cultural pursuit of the Chinese academy to both base ourselves on construction of Chinese people＇s spiritual home and contemplate the future of humanity future and destiny.
