摘要
文化产业作为一种新兴的产业形态在经济发展中发挥着重要作用,受到世界各国的普遍重视。文化产业具有文化性和产业性的双重属性,目前学界对其产业属性的关注较多,而对其文化属性的关注则略显不足。大众文化崛起是文化产业出现的重要文化根基,基于大众文化视域重新理解文化产业十分必要。中国发展文化产业的合法性有自身的根基、尺度和立场,要从大众文化的崛起来理解文化产业的根基,要以中国大众文化的独特特征作为尺度,坚持涵养大众文化正价值的基本立场,才能保证中国文化产业的健康发展。
Cultural industry as a new form of industry plays an important role in economic development and draws attention all over the world. Cultural industry is characteristic of both culture and industry. Nowadays, the academic circle concerns more about its industrial properties and less about its cultural properties. The rise of popular culture is an important cultural foundation of the cultural industry. It is necessary to have a new understanding of culture industry based on the horizon of popular culture. Legitimacy of developing cultural industry in China has its own foundation, scale, and position. Therefore, we should recognize the foundation of cultural industry from the rising of popular culture, take the unique characteristics of the Chinese popular culture as measure, and adhere to the basic position of bearing positive values of popular culture so that we ensure the healthy development of China's cultural industry.
