皖南古村落人居环境问题研究

Problems with the Living Environment in Ancient Villages in Southern Anhui Province

皖南古村落在近二三十年的发展历程中出现了诸多聚居病症,严重影响到人居环境的改善和质量的提升。这与皖南古村落建筑构成元素老化、承载功能和行为准则变化有关,尤其与人们的非理性决策和错误行为密不可分。所以,在推进美好乡村建设的进程中,当地政府和居民要通过有序更新及适度改造,赋予古村落以新的承载功能和社会活力,促进古村落各要素的良性循环,满足居民基本的和不断增加的、新的需求。

Many inhabitation problems have appeared in ancient villages in the south of Anhui in the last two to three decades years of development and severely affected the quality of the living environment. These problems are inseparable from out-of-date elements, bearing functions, and changing codes of conduct of the ancient village buildings, especially with people＇s irrational decisions and wrong behaviors. Therefore, in promoting the process of building the beautiful countryside, the local government and residents have to carry out orderly updating and moderate transformation, giving ancient villages new bearing functions and social vitalities, promoting a virtuous cycle of key elements of ancient villages so as to meet the basic, ever-increasing and new demands of the residents.
