The Ways of Promoting Philosophical Counseling in China

哲学咨询从上个世纪80年代在德国哲学家阿申巴赫的倡导下,逐步进入欧美国家人民的视野。在众说纷纭的讨论和与心理咨询的不断比较中,哲学咨询在欧美国家获得了一定的发展,同时也面临着众多的挑战和争议。然而,哲学咨询在中国发展的可能性和如何发展,这是很多哲学咨询倡导者面临的难题。基于国情,哲学咨询在中国有应用空间,它应该借鉴心理咨询在中国的兴起和发展的经验,同时与中国本土的历史文化环境相适应,来发展自己。

From the 1980s, people in Europe and the United states have gradually learnt something about philosophical counseling thanks to the German philosopher Achenbach＇ s advocacy. Under various discussions and the comparison with psychological counseling, philosophical counseling has developed well in Europe and the United States, while facing many challenges and controversies at the same time. As in China, the problem the philosophical counseling advocates face is whether philosophical counseling can develop in China and how to promote it. Considering China＇ s current national conditions, philosophical counseling is needed in China. The experience of how psychological counseling has developed in China can be very helpful to the development of philosophical counseling, which should well adapt to Chinese historical and cultural environment.
