近年来,伴随着经济社会的发展,改革的不断深入和移动互联网的影响日益加深,大学生的思想意识形态也发生着深刻的变化。高校辅导员队伍在学生思想政治教育工作中的重要性愈加凸显。高校辅导员建设力度持续加大,大批新鲜血液陆续注入辅导员队伍中,但是各地区、各高校由于起步不同、资源不同,队伍建设水平存在较大差异,辅导员队伍仍面临诸多现实困难。在职业适应过程中,新入职辅导员如何摆正心态、落实行动对其职业成长具有重要意义。

Along with the development of society and economy, the deepening of the reform, and the increasinginfluence of the mobile Internet, the ideology of college students has profound changes in recent years, so the collegecounselors play a more and more important role in the students＇ ideological and political education. With theattention increasingly given by departments at different levels, the number of college counselors is increasing. But indifferent areas, different colleges, there are quite differences in the construction level of college counselor teams,since the different start and the different resources. The college counselor team still faces many realistic difficulties.So, ＂how to adjust their mentality？＂, ＂how to take actions？＂ have significant importance to the professional growth ofthe new college counselors.
