摘要
含硼尾矿是铁硼镁矿选铁后所遗留的尾矿,对其中硼元素的回收是目前亟待解决的问题,而硼的回收要求尾矿具有很高的活性。采用焙烧和添加钙化剂的方法改善含硼尾矿的硼活性,研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及添加剂加入量对活性的影响。结果表明,当焙烧温度为700℃、焙烧时间为2 h、添加剂质量分数为21.5%时,硼尾矿活性可达91%左右。
The boron bearing tailing is a kind of tailing which is remainde after the enrichment of iron from iron boron magnesium ore, and the recycling of boron element is a problem to be solved currently, and the high boron-activity of tailing is also necessary. The boron-activity of boron-containing tailing was improved by calcination with the addition of calcification agent, and the effects of calcination temperature, calcination time and the dosage of additive on the activity were investigated. The results showed that when the calcination temperature was 700 ℃, the calcination time was 2 h, and the mass fraction of additive was 21.5%, the activity of boron-containing tailing could reach about 91%.
