Exploration of Pharmacy Trusteeship Mode

目的探讨我国医院药房托管模式的现状与对策。方法采用文献研究和比较分析的方法,总结我国各地区不同药房托管模式的运行状况,并对药房托管的利弊进行分析。结果我国部分地区试行了不同模式的药房托管,实现了所有权与经营权的分离,为进一步探讨医药改革提供了宝贵经验和有益的参考,但仍有许多问题亟待解决。结论药房托管需要国家相关配套支持政策的出台和管理体制的不断跟进。

Objective To explore the present situation of pharmacy trusteeship mode in China and its countermeasures. Methods The pharmacy trusteeship modes in different parts of China in recent years were summarized,and the pros and cons of pharmacy trusteeship were evaluated by the method of literature study and comparative analysis. Results The different modes of pharmacy trusteeship achieved the separation of ownership and managerial authority in different regions of China, which provided valuable experience and beneficial reference for further medication reformation. But there were still many problems to be solved. Conclusion Pharmacy trustee- ship needs relevant national support policies and continuous follow- up of management system.
