奥美拉唑联合活血化瘀通络方用于糖尿病胃轻瘫胃动力障碍的疗效及对相关指标的影响

Efficacy of Omeprazole Combined with Huoxue Huayu Tongluo Decoction on Gastric Motility Disorders in Diabetic Patients with Gastric Mild Paralysis and Its Influence on Relevant Indicators

目的观察奥美拉唑联合活血化瘀通络方治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫胃动力障碍的临床疗效及对相关指标的影响。方法选取2014年3月至2016年1月医院收治的糖尿病胃轻瘫胃动力障碍患者104例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各52例。对照组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用活血化瘀通络方治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胃泌素、胃动素和胃半排空时间,并观察两组患者不良反应的发生情况。结果研究组的总有效率为88.46%,显著高于对照组的67.31%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胃泌素和胃动素水平及胃半排空时间均显著低于治疗前,且研究组下降幅度更明显(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合活血化瘀通络方治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫胃动力障碍疗效较好,能改善患者胃动力,降低血糖水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with Huoxue Huayu Tongluo Decoctionon gastric motility disorders in diabetic patients with gastric mild paralysis and its influence on relevant indicators. Methods 104 cases of diabetic pa- tients with gastric motility disorder treated in the hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,52 cases in each group. The control group was given omeprazole treatment,and the study group was added with Huoxue Huayu Tongluo Decoctionon the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,the fasting blood glucose,glyco- sylated hemoglobin, gastrin, motilin and gastric emptying time in two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 88.46%, which was significandy higher than 67.31% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）;the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,gastrin,motilin and gastric emptying time in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the decreases in the study group were more obvious than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Omeprazole combined with Huoxue Huayu Tongluo Decoctionon gastric motility disorders in diabetic patients with gastric mild paralysis has good clinical efficacy,can improve patients＇ gastric motility and reduce blood sugar,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
