我院2013年至2015年非手术住院患者抗菌药物用药分析

Analysis of Antimicrobial Agents Applied to the Non-Surgical Patients in the Hospital From 2013 to 2015

目的了解某院非手术患者抗菌药物使用情况,指导临床合理用药。方法加入江苏省及全国抗菌药物监测网,每个月随机抽取20份非手术出院患者病历,并对其中的15份病历进行抗菌药物用药分析。2013年、2014年、2015年实际抽取185份、180份、180份,共545份。结果 2013年至2015年,医院非手术患者抗菌药物的使用率分别为41.08%,36.67%,25.00%,不合理率分别为48.68%,48.48%,46.67%;不合理用药主要表现在用法用量不适宜,选择药品不适宜,无指征用药,联合用药不适宜,更换药品不适宜,用药疗程不适宜,溶剂不适宜等方面。结论该院抗菌药物使用趋于合理,但仍需进一步加强管理,以保障患者的用药安全。

Objective To understand the use of antibacterial agents to the patients with non-surgical in the hospital, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods By joining in the network of Jiangsu and MOH Center for Antibacterial Surveillance, 20 patients with non-surgical medical records were randomly selected each month,and the uses of antimicrobial agents in 15 of them were analyzed. 185 cases were selected in 2013,180 cases in 2014 and 180 cases in 2015. Results The use rate of antimicrobial agents from 2013 to 2015 were 41.08% ,36.67% and 25.00% ;the irrational use rate of the of antimicrobial agents were 48.68%, 48.48%and 46.67%. Irrational drug use was manifested as inappropriate usage and dosage,inappropriate drug selection,no indication of medicine, inappropriate drug combination, inappropriate of drug replacing, inappropriate drug treatment and inappropriate solvent. Conclusion The use of antimierobial agents tends to be more reasonable in the hospital But still we need to strengthen management, to ensure the safety of the patient＇s medication.
