我院2013年至2014年静脉用药调配中心活血化瘀类中药注射剂应用分析

Application Analysis of the Huoxuehuayu TCM Injections in the PIVAS in the Hospital in 2013-2014

目的为临床合理用药提供参考,确保用药安全。方法采用回顾性调查法,统计医院静脉用药调配中心2013年至2014年活血化瘀类中药注射剂的年销售金额、用药频度、日用药金额并分析不合理使用情况。结果医院静脉用药调配中心活血化瘀类中药注射剂用药金额呈上升趋势,且存在重复用药的情况。结论医院应加强对活血化瘀类中药注射剂规范使用的监管力度,尤其在选择恰当的适应证、合理的溶剂、给药频次、药物相互作用等方面应严格监管,以提高合理用药水平。

Objective To provide references for rational clinical medication and ensure the safety of applying medicine. Methods The amounts of annual sales,DDDs,DDDc of the Huoxuehuayu TCM Injections used in the PIVAS in the hospital from 2013 to 2014 were summarized by retrospective survey,and the unreasonable conditions of drug usage were analyzed. Results The sum of medicine con- suming of Huoxuehuayu TCM injections in the PIVAS showed a rising trend,has risen,and repeated dosage has been found. Conclusion We should reinforce the supervision of the usage of Huoxuehuayu TCM injections,especially in ways of choosing the suitable indication, reasonable solvent,dosage frequency,and drug interactions,etc, to raise the level of rational druz use.
