摘要
通过梭菌强化培养基厌氧培养法从仔猪肠道内容物中分离获得1株丁酸梭菌。体外研究表明,该菌株无毒且具有较强耐高温、低p H及胆汁能力,同时对猪肠道绒毛发育具有促进作用,因此该菌株具有作为饲用微生态制剂的潜力。
One Clostridium butyricum strain was isolated from intestinal contents of piglets by anaerobic cultivation, which was identified by the sequence analysis of 16S rRNA and named C.butyricum QL-1. The physiological characteristics and security of C. butyricum QL-1 were studied, in vitro research indicated it was tolerant against high temperature, low pH, bile concentration and promoted the intestinal villiˊs growth performance.
